Shelves
Bridging functionality and beauty, I tend to lean toward highlighting contrast and structure, while always looking to reuse something in the process. Usually that means using wood scraps, but when I can spend a few hours looking around a salvage yard, I do.
Entry Shelf
This curly white oak and black walnut shelf serves as a warm welcome. Each black walnut hook is hand-shaped to a unique form, my favorite being a functional whistle. The lower hooks and key hooks are salvaged antique door hinge pins.

Square Shelves
This pair of maple and ironwood shelves blend hardwood beauty with clean construction. The smooth maple grain contrasts with dark ironwood, offering an elegant, functional addition to any space.
